Excellent service. Super close to our home, easy to find a spot to park/drop off. Staff was kind and very efficient. Work was done well and zero complaints. For those who prefer online booking, they have a wonderful online booking system and fairly quick appointment times which is so helpful for the busy adults who put off their car care! Will be back for tires and other services!

My Honda Odyssey began displaying a Forward Collision Warning System Failed error message and the engine would not start. After jump starting the vehicle, I took it to O’Reilly Auto Parts to have an OBD2 scan completed. They tested the electrical system and informed me that I needed a new alternator. While I’m typically handy, that was outside my comfort, so I stopped by Tiltons to see if they had any service openings. While they did not have any availability, Bob promised to see if they could squeeze it in that day. Thankfully, they were able to and diagnosed that it wasn’t a bad alternator, but simply a bad battery. They were able to replace it and got the vehicle back to me the same day. I was very pleased with the urgency they addressed my problem and as usual very thankful for their honesty in identifying the root cause and fixing that alone. When I got my vehicle back, everything was back to normal. Bob also recommended some future services such as a transmission flush and power steering fluid change due to the age and mileage of the vehicle. He pulled a CARFAX report and saw that these services had not yet been completed and were recommended by Honda. I will be scheduling a follow up appointment to have these completed in the near future.

I have been using Tiltons in Gahanna for over a decade. I needed all new brakes and rotors on my SUV and was concerned about two things: 1) the convenient scheduling of my service appointment for safety reasons, it was a Friday evening and my brakes became an issue. 2) the cost of the repairs Bob at Tiltons was able to get me in first thing on Monday morning and all of the repairs were completed the same day. The price was fair, transparent and honest. I’m thankful for this company and will/do refer them to family, friends and coworkers.
